Client system data. If you engage us for an audit or a build, we access data held in your own business systems under a separate written agreement. That agreement, not this policy, governs how that data is handled — including access scope, retention, and deletion on completion.
We do not ask for, or want, sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers, or government ID through this website.

- Our website host — serves the website and keeps basic security logs.
- Google Fonts — loads the fonts used on this site, which may involve your browser contacting Google's servers.

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together plus any period required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
