We build the part of the company that used to be you.
Not the part that does the work. The part that notices when something has gone wrong.
Autkron is a technology company that builds operational intelligence systems for founder-led businesses. We work with companies of roughly five to a hundred people whose growth has outrun their visibility, and we install the layer that watches operations continuously and escalates only what needs a human decision.
Every founder-led company hits the same wall, and it never looks like the same wall twice.
For a skincare brand it is a bestseller going out of stock in the middle of a campaign. For a freight forwarder it is a customer calling about a delay nobody had flagged internally. For a solar installer it is twelve jobs sitting behind a permit that expired quietly three weeks ago.
Different businesses, one identical failure: something changed, and the only person who would have noticed was busy.
Most companies respond to this by hiring. But headcount adds capacity for doing, not for noticing — and every new person creates decisions of their own. The founder ends up more central, not less. That is why the problem gets worse as the company gets healthier, which is the part nobody warns you about.
Autkron exists to build the noticing. A layer that sits above the tools you already run, watches continuously, learns what normal looks like for your business, and puts the right thing in front of the right person before it becomes expensive.
We are not an AI company. We use AI the way an architect uses steel — because it is the right material for the load, not because it is the interesting part of the building.
Four things we won't move on.
These decide which engagements we take, and how we behave inside them.
- 01
The bottleneck is attention, not effort.
Your team is not slow. They are waiting on someone to decide, and that someone is in another meeting.
- 02
A diagnosis you didn’t pay for isn’t a diagnosis.
It is a pitch. We charge for the audit so we can afford to tell you not to hire us — and we do.
- 03
If we can’t name the metric, we shouldn’t build it.
Every engagement starts with the number that should move. If we cannot find one, we do not understand the problem yet.
- 04
You should be able to fire us.
Full documentation, full ownership, full handover — from day one, as standard. Lock-in is a business model, not a service.
The commitments, in writing.
- 01
Fixed scope, quoted before we build
If the work changes, we re-quote. Projects do not drift into retainers here.
- 02
One named metric per engagement
Agreed at the start, reported against honestly — including the months it does not move.
- 03
Plain English, everywhere
Every rule and threshold is documented in language your ops lead can read without us in the room.
- 04
We say no
To engagements that will not work, to scope that will not pay for itself, and to building things we cannot measure.

We work in the client's hours, not ours. Sessions are scheduled inside your working day and the written deliverables land before you open your laptop.

Forty-five minutes. You describe how decisions actually get made in your business. We tell you where the latency is — and whether we are the right people to fix it. If we are not, we will say so on the call.
